| The view looking east. 24 of the 40 acres was in CRP until November of 2011. It was nice to have the CRP to take care of 1/3 of the monthly payment, but we wanted the flexibility of being to use the land as we want. Under CRP, you can't graze livestock or plant anything (even trees!) If the economy fails and we have to, we can now move out here full time and away from KC. |

| The barn. A brand new 30' by 40' Cleary building with electricity and concrete floor. A great place to store the tractors, 4 wheelers, J.'s dirt bike, and my classic Mercedes. What? Farmers don't drive Mercedes? Well, this one does. |

| We've got a tiny pond on the property that we'd like to expand when we get here permanently. As far as I know, there's no fish in here. |
Some day we'll build our dream house here and call it home. But, until then, Cranky Puppy Farm's residence is a 50' x 100' city lot in downtown Kansas City.
