University ofVermont New Farmer Project: Offers a large number of upcoming and archived webinars that are all FREE. Recent topics include soil health, managing vegetable transplants, and year-round production in high tunnels.
Kansas State University Research and Extension: Offers periodic webinars on a variety of topics and provides archives for later viewing. The 2012 webinar list included topics like seed saving, composting and native grasses and plants.
Colorado State University Extension: Offers probably the largest list of FREE webinars of any extension office I've found. Focuses on small acreage management.
Practical Farmers of Iowa offers webinars and videos on a number of topics.
GrowOrganic's YouTube channel The channel offers videos on basic gardening techniques such as spraying fruit trees and starting seeds. These are produced by Peaceful Valley Farm Supply, which is a popular organic gardening store that sells some pretty cool stuff.
